According to a study published in health.gov, about half of all American adults—117 million individuals—have one or more preventable chronic diseases, many of which are related to poor quality eating patterns.
I firmly believe that the principles that I share can collectively lead to a lifestyle where the threat and discomfort of the most common diseases can at least be substantially reduced. And in many instances, complete healing may be possible. The body’s healing abilities, when properly supported, are nothing less than awesome.
